以上是在其他师兄分享的网盘里找到的某个版本，视频压缩的比较小，适合网络播放但不够清晰，当时还没搜索Youtube，这两天搜索发现，有澳门的陈师兄（ksitiputra）上传的高清版本（原始链接：https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImjTyERN1NE&t=2s），下面搬运过来，并且一并转来陈师兄发布视频时的简介：

這影片是緬甸宣隆禪法（又譯孫倫禪法）的背景和方法介紹影片，由仰光卡巴耶的宣隆內觀禪修中心住持－－華那大師（Sayadaw U Wara）以英語講述（中文簡體字幕）。大師憶述小時候，宣隆大師到仰光的一次神變示現，後來他遇到宣隆大師的侍者了解到宣隆禪法。華那大師的老師，是已故住持維那耶大師（Sayadaw U Vinaya, 1914 - 2012）。現在每年均到香港教授宣隆禪法。

宣隆禪法是緬甸禪修派系中的一個大派系，始於被公認為阿羅漢的宣隆大師（1878 - 1952），他是一位農夫，不認識字，但是在1920年，透過觀察呼吸、痛感和接觸；證悟了聖果，並成就了神通。圓寂後留下了肉身舍利（身體不腐爛）在敏建鎮（Myingyan）供大眾參拜。

The video is an introduction to the Sunlun Vipassana meditation from Myanmar, explained by Ven. Sayadaw U Wara, abbot of Kaba Aye Sunlun Vipassana Meditation Center.

In the video, Sayadaw recalled his auspicious encounter of Sunlun Sayadaw as a kid living in Yangon, and how he came to know the tradition from the monk attendant of the great master. Sayadaw later practiced the method from the Ven. Sayadaw U Vinaya (1914 - 2012), the late abbot of Kaba Aye centre, Sayadaw U Wara would visit Hong Kong and Mainland China to teach meditation sessions for retreats.

Sunlun Vipassana is one of the most popular meditation methods in Myanmar, alongside with Mahasi, Mogok, that have hundreds of centers locally. The method is purely based vipassana (no jhana is practiced) or cultivation of insight. The Ven. Sunlun Sayadaw U Kavi is widely regarded locally as an Arahat, an enlightened being, he left his full body intact after passing away (no decay or deterioration), and still could be visited at his home town in Myingyan, Myanmar.
